Hello everyone,
5 Packs of Flasks - Are arriving Late and were shipped out on Friday. Please be aware we know many people did not get the 5 packs of flasks or received a partial shipment. We have sent them out as of this last Friday. They were manually uploaded and we are working on sending the tracking info.
EU BACKERS - We will have an update this week. Things are looking good though.
HOW TO CLEAN LEATHER ON THE FLASK
Our leather is dyed leather and can stain if you decide to wash it under a faucet. DO NOT CLEAN THE FLASK BY HOLDING IT UNDER A FAUCET!! If its dirty use a mild cleanser and mix with water. Then dip a cloth towel in the water, and rub the dirt off the flask. Do NOT apply the soap and water directly onto the leather flask. Always use a cloth for wiping -- paper towels can disintegrate and get stuck in the leather. Our flasks are not treated with chemicals so they are not water proof. You can use a leather waterproofing spray/rub like what is used on leather boots, jackets, purses, etc. if you want to make the leather water resistant. One popular brand is Nikwax.
CLEANING INSIDE THE FLASKS (use the funnel to fill with cleaning solutions)

Simple Method (what we do)
- Step 1. Use the funnel to fill the flask 1/3 of the way with water.
- Step 2. Screw the lid onto the flask
- Step 3. Shake the flask, and pour out the water. Repeat steps 1-3 as needed.
- Step 4. Let it dry upside down.
- Vodka Method
- Step 1. Use a the funnel to add a small amount of Vodka to the flask.
- Step 2. Put the lid on and then shake.
- Step 3. Empty the Vodka and fill with a little bit of water. Put the lid on and give it a good, hard shake. Drain the water.
- Step 4. Dry upside down.
- Salt and white Vinegar Method
- Step 1. Pour coarse salt into the bottle.
- Step 2. Add some white vinegar.
- Step 3. Place your thumb or hand over the opening of the bottle and give it a good, hard shake. The vinegar will loosen the gunk inside the bottle, and the salt will help scrub it away! Do not use the lid for this method! The vinegar smell can stay in the cork.
- Step 4. Give it a good rinse and let it dry upside down.
MISSING ADD ON CORKS LIDS AND SILICONE STOPPERS or BLACK SILICONE COVERS
We have not manufactured the extra cork lids and silicone stoppers yet. This will be worked on in the coming month of March. Feel free to let us know if you would rather receive a refund than wait for them to arrive. Our priority was to get the flasks shipped out, and waiting for the extra lids and stoppers would have caused further delays. We are out of the extra black silicone covers we will be getting more in the next batch.
SILICONE STOPPERS PLEASE READ !!!
For those who have received the flask and are wondering about the silicone stoppers. Cork is a natural product which can absorb flavors and potentially crack over time. The included silicone stoppers are an optional replacement for the cork stopper which comes installed in the lids. The silicone stopper is longer lasting, absorbs less flavors, and is washable. If you want to use the silicone stopper, simply pop out the cork stopper and push in the silicone one.
MISSING SILICONE STOPPERS
They are in a small white plastic bag and can fall behind the foam insert in the box. If you can't find yours, please pull out the foam insert and look behind it.
Hey Backers our second Batch arrived.

USA AND CANADA
The second batch flasks has finally arrived at our fulfillment center and it's enough to finish sending flasks to everyone who hasn't received their pledge yet. We'll begin fulfilling the rest of the flasks to the US and Canada in the next one or two days, and hopefully have everything sent out by end of this week. We'll send out tracking numbers as we receive them from the fulfillment center. If you're in the USA or Canada and haven't received a tracking number by the end of next week, please let us know.
EU AND UK
We are still working to find a solution to shipping in the EU and UK because of the set back with Brexit. We have received many email asking us to pay the VAT before shipping. This is our intention and we will update you as soon as we have finalized our plan.

Shipping update same as last update for everyone

Greetings,
So far have sent out more than half the orders. If you have not received your tracking information, your order will be coming in the next batch at the beginning of February. If you need to change your address please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it for you. Some people are wondering why they didn't get the flask yet since they were some of our first backers. We had very few of the leather two packs in the first shipment so you will be receiving the dark leather flasks which are in the second shipment that is currently on its way. These will ship out in early February.
There's been a hiccup with the Europe orders. Last year we registered for VAT in the UK so that we could pay the VAT on your behalf before shipping to the backers. However, because of Brexit our fulfillment partner in the UK is no longer willing to ship out the European orders. We are currently looking into a several options such as using Amazon, registering for VAT in Germany to ship EU orders from there, or shipping directly to the customer from the USA. Shipping from USA to the backer is the most straight forward solution; however, everyone will have to pay VAT upon delivery to receive your flask. If people are willing to wait, we will split the shipment so 1 part goes to the UK and 1 part goes to Germany. Our apologies to our European backers. Brexit is a curve ball that we simply weren't expecting.
Many of the orders to Asia and the rest of the world have already been shipped and tracking information has been sent. All other orders around the world will be shipped beginning of February as well.

Flasks to the USA & Canada start shipping today!

Greetings everyone,
First off, thank you everyone for your patience. The first batch of flasks has been checked in and begins shipping today from Utah. This first batch has enough flasks to fulfill 3/4 of all the orders. If you do not get your flask in this first batch rest assured the second batch is already completed and will be arriving by the end of January. I will send out tracking numbers as soon as I get them. Canada will also be included in this first batch of shipments. All other shipments will be shipped out this month from the second batch which is in the process of shipping across the globe. The extra silicone covers of various colors are finished and will be shipping out with the flasks. Unfortunately, the add on item that includes the Extra Funnels, Lids , Cork and Silicone Liners will not be shipped with your flask this month. We are working with the manufacturer for a timeline on the completion of the lids/cork kits. Once we know how long those have been delayed, we will leave it up to you whether you would like to wait or be refunded for the items.
We sincerely apologize for the delays in getting the flasks out. However, the flasks turned out really really well and we're confident you'll feel that it was worth the wait once you have it in your hands.
